Refund policy

At GlamFashion, we ensure that every product is crafted with care and delivered in perfect condition.
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are happy to assist.

Eligibility for Returns / Exchange

You can request a return or exchange only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item received

  • You raise a request within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and with all original tags

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale / discounted products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Products with signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery

Refund Method

Refunds are processed as:

  • Store Credit / Coupon Code (valid for future purchases)

  • Prepaid order refunds are issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
